That’s right. Mopinion is proud to announce that it has once again qualified as a ‘High Performer’ in G2’s Europe Grid and also as a ‘Niche’ tool in G2’s Global Grid for Enterprise Feedback Management Summer 2021. This is all thanks to the many great reviews left by customers within our fast-growing customer base.
G2.com, Inc. is a peer-to-peer review site which is focused on aggregating user reviews for business software.
The Enterprise Feedback Management Category
To qualify for the Enterprise Feedback Management category, our product had to: provide all of the features of a survey solution, enable companies to solicit feedback from companies and/or stakeholders, trigger alerts from the feedback collected, assign user permissions, and lastly, facilitate analysis of the data.
The G2 Methodology
G2 works with a particular methodology when selecting organisations for its report. For example, products – such as Mopinion – shown on the Grids for Enterprise Feedback Management are ranked based on scores calculated using the G2 algorithm v3.0 from reviews collected through June 01, 2021. Then these products are ranked by customer satisfaction and market presence and sorted into four different categories: Leaders, High Performers, Contenders and Niche.
